The reflections of the people in the sphere look great. I think the edges of the sphere could use a little softening and blending. Good job.

Je viens de finir la texture “pierre” j’utilise une gomme mono zero mais je trouve que ça ne marche pas ! je n’arrive pas à faire les lignes blanches et encore moins les points ! je trouve que ça n’efface rien ça n’est pas net, avez vous des astuces pour ça fonctionne aussi bien qu’Ali ? Je nettoie la gomme avec du papier de verre mais elle… Read more

Nice rock exercise. It loos real.
Regarding the mono eraser, if the graphite on your drawing is rubbed deeply into the paper, the mono has a hard time erasing. If the graphite is laid down lightly in layers, for instants 2B, then 6B then 9B, the mono works great. Just like Ali does.

Tout d’abord, ta texture de pierre est vraiment très réussie. La structure et la profondeur sont déjà bien présentes, donc ne te décourage pas. Tu es vraiment très proche du résultat que tu veux.

Je viens de finir la texture pierre c’est vraiment très difficile ! J’utilise un crayon gomme mono zero mais je n’arrive pas à faire les lignes blanches et encore moins les points ! Je trouve que ça n’efface rien ! Ce n’est pas net la gomme s’encrasse immediatement je la nettoie avec du papier de verre, mais je trouve que ca n’efface…

Je t’ai déjà guidée sous ton post sur la structure de pierre, mais je vais l’expliquer encore ici parce que c’est important.
Le problème avec la gomme Mono Zero n’est généralement pas la gomme elle-même, mais la façon et le moment où elle est utilisée.

Studio Community 8 months agoJust started attempting to draw at 36😅 so here is my ‘before’ from the course. Really exited to learn more and see my progress. Think i need to invest in a better micro ereaser though as mine was awful!

Annemie 7:15 PMIk dacht dat het niet zou lukken om mijn hond te tekenen dus deed ik een poging op het verkeerde papier waardoor hij er niet echt uitsprong, dus wat schetst mijn verbazing, ik denk dat hij helemaal niet slecht gelukt is daarom heb ik hem uitgeknipt en op een zwarte ondergrond geplakt
Volgende keer waag ik het nog een keer op…

Wat een mooie verrassing dit resultaat 😄
Eerlijk, hij is echt goed gelukt. De vacht leest heel mooi en zacht, en door de zwarte achtergrond komt hij juist extra sterk naar voren. Soms leiden “verkeerde” keuzes ons toevallig naar iets heel goeds.
