I especially like that you committed to the lip texture rather than leaving the surface too smooth. The teeth are also reading clearly, which can be surprisingly tricky.
As you continue, try thinking of the lips as larger forms first and texture second. That will help create even more depth and softness in the future. A very solid first realism study. Keep going!
