Nice work for your first pastel. The blending of the colors of the fur is great. I especially like the whisker detail and the hair in the ears. 👍

It’s really not as bad as you’re describing it. It’s already very good for a first pastel, honestly. You can clearly see observation and effort there. With time and practice, you’ll naturally uncover more skills and confidence. Just keep going and enjoy the process.

Nouvelle sur ce cours, j’espère m’améliorer dans l’hyperréalisme. je fais du pastel sec, principalement des portrait animalier mais j’essaie les portraits humains.
