The eye brows and eyes look a little took sharp, I know that sharpness might fade as you go but something to be mindful of. Also, what medium are you using, Charcoal or graphite?

i like it good luck with that hair lol
i think may be the right side of the whites in the eyes have a highlight in reference but wow what a good job so far
