I am having problems rubbing off the Graphite, to create highlights .

Try using an electric eraser like the Afmat. It is rechargeable and works very well to creat highlights.

I use the graphit mono, the faber castell perfection and my faber castell electric eraser. Also the paper helps and sometime a softer pencil like 3b of 4b.

Nice work, the fur direction and flow.
For highlights, don’t rub too much. Instead use a sharp eraser or electric eraser with light touches to lift graphite cleanly.👍-
