Sorry I haven’t posted in awhile. I have been occupied with other course work. Thought I would get back into these tutorials and purchased this one of the hyper realistic lips. It was very challenging for me in the beginner category but also fun. I think I may try it again at some point and take a little more time, now that I have a hang of the process…let me know what your thoughts are.

Debra, good to see you back! You picked a tricky one to return with and still had fun with it. That is the best way to keep growing. 😊
The dark shading gives the lips real weight and those bright teeth make them pop. One thing for next time: the crease lines sit at almost the same strength all the way across, so they read a little flat. Let some fade in the lighter areas and keep them dark where the lip curves away. That will round the shape out nicely.
And yes, a second pass is a good call. Now that you have the process down, more time will show. Send it over when you give it another go. ❤️
