You have a built an ability to make faces feel alive and softly glowing. From my point of view, your portraits are already strong. With time and regular practice, they will only get better.
There will come a point where your hand moves purely on muscle memory, and everything will feel more natural and confident. I genuinely love your style of drawing faces.-
