Sketching with shapes
Just finished the pear drawing. Enjoyed the contrast between adding graphite for spots and also using the eraser for more texture👍

The texture from the eraser and graphite spots works well, and the pears feel solid and grounded.
One small tip for next time: try to push the shadow slightly darker right under the pears to anchor them even more to the surface. Other than that, this is clean, confident work. Keep enjoying the process, you’re doing it the right way 👍1 -
