Mehmet, this is a very strong step forward, especially with the hair 👏
The flow and grouping feel much more natural, and it sits well with the face instead of overpowering it.
One small tip to push it further: try keeping bigger value masses first in the hair and add the lighter strands only at the very end. That will give even more depth and realism.

@Burcik It’s already really good 😌 but you always ask for criticism hehe, so yes… just a tiny adjustment. You can slightly shift or soften a few of the bright areas so they all agree with the same light direction. Nothing major at all, it’s already working nicely. Keep going 👍
