Hey squad! Just showing a piece im working on and going through this is really helping me understand vaules more. Im really trying to get into deep contrast drawing so i felt this piece was too light and going over with darker vaules!!! Im open to construction criticism!

Sorry for the late reply, Jay 😊 This is phenomenal work. The contrast is already looking very strong and the structure of the face is coming together beautifully. Keep pushing those dark values like you mentioned. It will make the final result even more powerful. And honestly, I feel so proud seeing my students create art that even amazes me. Keep going like this. I’m really excited to see the finished piece 👍🎨
