  Nice eye test. The iris and highlight look good.
  Focus on three quick fixes.
  Lashes need more variation and softer flicks.
  Add a stronger shadow under the upper lid.
  Darken the outer iris and keep the center softer.
  Try a quick lash practice on the side. It will help a lot 👍
