Another redraw I needed to do.
So this is a drawing from the simple and complex forms section 2:13. I have been working on increasing my contrast in this drawing. I tried to apply in this drawing was sharper edges and clearer value groups..which i hope i did.. please let me know how i did 😁 the 1st image is the old drawing and the 2nd is the one that I just redrew

There is a definite difference. Really nice improvement. Very sharp contrast and you blended it beautifully and have very smooth transitions from dark to light. Very impressive! Keep it up.

What a nice improvement. It would be interesting to see how much difference it would make to the overall drawing if you added a shadow of the object on your paper.😏

The redraw has much stronger contrast, cleaner edges, and much clearer value groups. You can really see that you focused on exactly the right things, and it paid off beautifully. This is a perfect example of how redrawing the same subject helps you grow much faster as an artist. Excellent work, and you are improving with every lesson! 🎨

@alihaiderrehman thank you !! Im finding drawing each subject twice is so much better … I like working through the course at my own pace … I think I will be happier with the results going slower.. I have alot of patience lol
