The amount of detail you’ve managed to build into the hair, feathers, skin, wrinkles, and those deep dark areas is amazing. The face has so much character and depth. I especially love how you’ve controlled the contrast around the eyes and face while keeping the surrounding areas beautifully dark.
And 100 × 70 cm is a serious size! A drawing this large takes so much patience, consistency, and stamina. It’s not just about being able to draw well. You have to stay focused for a very long time and keep the same level of care throughout the whole piece. What makes me happiest is seeing how confidently you’re working at this scale now. You’ve clearly developed your own way of handling large drawings, and that is a huge achievement. Please don’t underestimate how far you’ve come.
