Initial skill test drawing
This is my attempt of eye sketch. I learned a lot during this test and I find realistic drawing really fascinating. I always wanted to learn to draw but never knew how, so actually, I’m pretty impressed that I was able to draw something like this. Can’t wait to learn more!

You came to the right place. You will learn a tremendous amount from Ali’s art instructions and probably have a good time doing it.

This is a very strong start, especially for an initial skill test 👏The eye already feels alive. Your iris values are well controlled, the highlight placement works, and the lashes show confidence rather than hesitation, which is great to see.
If I give one small tip for later, focus on keeping the soft shading around the eye socket a bit lighter and smoother so the eye pops even more. But honestly, for where you’re starting, this is impressive.
Keep this drawing safe. When you look back at it later in the course, you’ll clearly see how far you’ve come 😊
