Hey Mehmet, I honestly think hair is one of your strongest areas 👍
This is a really good hair-type practice. You handled both straight and curly hair beautifully, and you treated them in the correct way, not just with lines but with flow and depth. The variation in direction and grouping is working very well here. Keep practicing hair like… Read more1 -

Very well done Mehmet. You did this hair drawing so perfectly. Every stroke feels controlled and intentional, and the flow of the hair looks very natural. The reflection and shine are especially beautiful and give the drawing a realistic depth. Excellent work keep it up 👏✨

This is great work. The values are very well controlled and the darkest areas are handled beautifully, just like you mentioned. The form, reflection, and cast shadow are all working together perfectly. Excellent observation and execution keep going 👏✨ - View more comments

Yes, it really does 😊
The flow of the lines and the soft value transitions give it a fabric like feel, especially something like folded cloth or silk. That circular format works very well for this kind of texture study too.
If you want to push the cloth feeling even more later, you can slightly soften a few of the sharp transitions and let… Read more1 -

Dear friends,
Even with low pressure in dry brushing technique, the color spreads too much, and I’m not getting the results I want from the Mono Zero eraser. Does anyone have any suggestions?
Have a nice day 😊
-
That usually comes down to too much pigment already on the paper, not pressure 👍
A few things to try:
• Stop brushing a little earlier and leave the surface slightly grainy
• Use the Mono Zero only on *cleaner* areas, it struggles once the paper is saturated
• For sharp lights, lift first with a kneaded eraser, then refine with Mono… Read more3 -

Hi Mehmet
You have another winner. Your portrait looks great and you have captured a lot of feeling in her face. I sure wouldn’t be disappointed to have your drawing displayed on my wall.
